Getting Started

How It Works

Six steps from an account to a running Windows machine with a dedicated GPU. Start-up takes minutes, and you only need your own device and a steady connection.

  1. 1Choose your GPU
  2. 2Add credit
  3. 3Create and start
  4. 4Connect
  5. 5Install your apps
  6. 6Stop when you are done

  • Tesla T416 GB · 8 vCPU€0.94/hr

  • A10G24 GB · 8 vCPU€1.52/hr
  • L4 Pro24 GB · 16 vCPU€1.80/hr
Step 1 · Size and region

Choose your GPU

Pick a GPU size and the region closest to you. Each size lists its VRAM, vCPUs, RAM and from-rate.

  • 5 GPU sizes in 16 regions
  • A region near you keeps latency low
  • Disk from 100 GB to 500 GB

Creating or starting a machine requires a balance that covers at least 3 hours at that machine's hourly rate. This is a check, not a charge: only metered usage is deducted.

Step 2 · Prepaid wallet

Add credit

Top up your wallet by card. There is no subscription: machine usage is deducted from the balance.

  • Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
  • Credit is added within 1 hour of payment
  • Unused credit is refundable within 14 days of the top-up

Step 3 · Launch the machine

Create and start

Name the machine, pick the operating system, disk and upload bandwidth, and create it. The form shows the exact hourly rate first. Start-up takes a few minutes; a machine is usually ready within 15 minutes of being started.

  • Windows Server 2022, or Windows 10 with your own licence
  • The hourly rate is shown before you create
  • Start-up time is billed, like the rest of the session

  • ParsecOptional third-party
  • MoonlightOptional third-party
Step 4 · Remote access

Connect

When the machine is running, its page shows the IP address and password. Connect with Remote Desktop, or install a third-party client such as Parsec or Moonlight yourself.

  • Remote Desktop works with the IP and password
  • Parsec and Moonlight are optional compatible third-party applications
  • Obtain and use third-party software under its own applicable terms and licence

The first 100 GB of disk is included in the hourly rate. Each additional GB adds €0.002 per hour to that rate, and disk is not charged while the machine is stopped.

Step 5 · A full Windows desktop

Install your apps

You have administrator access, so install game stores, creative tools or your own software, just like on a local PC.

  • Games from Steam, Epic Games, GOG or any other store
  • Creative and AI software such as Blender or DaVinci Resolve
  • Your files stay on the disk while the machine is stopped

Session length1 h 22 min 10 s
Minutes charged83 min

If an hourly deduction falls inside the session, the time before it and after it are each rounded up, so the session can come to 84 min.

Metered usage is deducted from the wallet balance while the machine runs, normally once an hour, and when it is stopped.

Step 6 · Pay for what you use

Stop when you are done

Charges accrue from when a machine is started, including start-up time and any wait for capacity, until it is stopped. Stop the machine from its page when you finish, and start it again whenever you need it.

  • Prices are displayed as hourly rates, but usage is metered by the minute: each deduction rounds the time since the previous one up to a whole minute.
  • Stopped machines keep their disk and settings
  • Delete the machine when you no longer need its files

Tips

Get the most out of your machine

Tip 1

Choose a nearby region

A region close to you gives the lowest latency, which makes games and the desktop feel more responsive.

Tip 2

Use a wired connection

An ethernet cable instead of WiFi reduces jitter and keeps latency steady.

Tip 3

Stop when not in use

A running machine is charged until it is stopped, whether you are using it or not. Nothing is charged while it is stopped, and its disk keeps your files.
